SHIPPING: We will ship within five business days of an order being placed via standard UPS Ground. (If the board you select needs a fresh coat of oil, we will need an additional 7 days prior to shipment. You will be notified of this delay and it will be well worth it.)
Shipping costs for boards are the responsibility of the buyer, (there is no charge for shipping of magnets-intarsia pieces.) Unless otherwise specified, we will carefully pack and ship with insurance included in the shipping price.
RETURNS: All of our boards will be warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the date of receipt. All returns require prior authorization: Call 773-502-1321
We will not cover customer induced damage( i.e. ) but not limited to:
- Running your cutting board through a dishwasher.
- Immersing your board in water.
- Placing hot pot on top of board (using it as a trivit).
All non-defective items accepted for return will be at our discretion and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Also, returned items must be in original packaging, shipped to us and insured.
All costs for return is the customer’s responsibility.
